Hawkeye Holdings has always been a family business – originally owned and operated by Hugh and Dock Fitzpatrick, a father and son team who began operating under the name “Hawkeye” in 1989. The 250,000 sq ft of floor space, which formerly belonged to a family-owned packinghouse, was eventually converted to individual tenant spaces and refrigerated warehouses. Today, the tradition continues, as Hawkeye is now operated by Dock, his two sisters, Sheilagh and Shaune and the next generation, Kaeli and Cecily.
Today the business continues to flourish with its 33 employees running the many departments of Hawkeye; primarily warehousing, property management and civil development. The company has earned the trust of many successful multinational companies, such as Sun Rype, West Fraser, Tolko and Weyerhaeuser.
